Buildbond® composite panel
Buildbond® is an aluminium composite panel consisting of two sheets of 5005/3005/3105/5754 aluminium alloy and an intermediate core made of non-combustible thermoplastic and mineral materials.
Innovation applied to architectural envelopes
Buildbond® is available in three different core types, depending on the mineral content and its fire resistance:
• Buildbond A2 – Incombustible core
• Buildbond FR – Fire-retardant core
• Buildbond PE – Low-density polyethylene core.
Coating with Beckry®Tech paints, PVDF 70/30 (Kynar® / Hylar®) or FEVE (fluoroethylene vinyl ether), offers a wide range of solutions, ensuring the highest resistance to ageing, protection against corrosion and UV rays, as well as excellent performance during forming.

The Buildbond® range stands out for the wide variety of finishes available, offering solutions to suit different styles and projects. The colour charts include Solid Colours, Metallic Colours, Special, Wood and Elements, allowing you to choose from elegant solid shades, sophisticated metallic surfaces, special effects, textures reminiscent of natural wood, and designs inspired by the elements of nature.
All colours available in the RAL colour system can be supplied and applied to panels up to 2 m wide, meeting any challenge or project requirement.
Buildbond® panels can also be produced using other metals such as copper, titanium or zinc, offering a wide range of finish options.
DESIGN WITHOUT LIMITS
Buildbond® panels are also available in an XL format, measuring 2 m in width, offering architects and installers new opportunities to explore their creativity and broaden the scope of their projects.
